Hey, Taako, this is Spooky Jones. I was the guy who did the squirrel trick at your kickass backyard barbecue a couple months back. Apparently, there's this hidden cafe in Nonah that doubles as a hookah lounge at night. Wanna check it out with me?

[ He's actually not lying. He hasn't met a whole ton of people here who do magic like that. ]

There's actually stuff worth doing in Nonah? Huh! Sure, why not?

Cool! [Spooky's grin carries into his voice.] And yeah, believe it or not, they've got some pretty lively places out here. This cafe only does word-of-mouth advertising, though, so I'm super curious about it.

Anyway, what day works for you?

[He's included a few dates throughout October for Taako to choose from.]

I can be pretty much any time, my job's not, y'know, super strict these days.

[ Not like back home, where he had to stay around the moon base in case a Relic was spotted by one of the Seekers. No, his job at d.w.a.r.f barely cares if he shows up reliably—in fact, not knowing when their instagram-famous imPort stylist would or wouldn't be there has actually increased their traffic and sales. ]

Dude, same here. They even let me do my work at home if I want. It's freaking awesome. [And it takes some getting used to, but at least there's no shortage of things to do in this world.

After humming to himself in thought for a moment, he arbitrarily picks one of the days, tacks on a time to it, and relays that information to Taako over the phone.]

We can either meet at the Porter in Nonah, or I can come pick you up. I actually got to keep my car from home, so...whatever's more convenient for you.

[ Having his car with him has been such a huge time-saver. Spooky often wonders how the hell other imPorts manage to get around. ]

You can pick me up at the Porter, if you want. Or I can meet you at the place. I've got transportation.

[ And by transportation, he means a quasi-real, horse-like creature, but look, Taako's only just barely stopped calling cars "battle wagons". He'll take his totally radical binicorn over a lame battle wagon that's not even for battle any day. ]
